The business manages the full development lifecycle in-house, from acquisition and planning through to design, construction, and completion, maintaining control at every stage. Design
Genesis coordinates the design process internally, working closely with architects and
consultants to ensure each project is resolved in line with planning controls, site conditions, and market requirements. The focus is on practical, well-considered design outcomes that align with both feasibility and end-user functionality.
Development
Genesis undertakes its own residential and multi-residential developments, with a focus on site acquisition and value creation through planning and approvals. The development process is managed end-to-end, including feasibility, acquisition, design coordination, statutory approvals, and overall project management.
Construction
Construction is managed as part of the overall development process, ensuring alignment between design, cost, and delivery. Each project is executed with a focus on quality, durability, and buildability, maintaining control through to completion.
